Returns and Refund

If you wish to return your order, please email us at beyondthawall@hotmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used at checkout.

Important Notes: 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
