Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at Beyond The Wall with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund will be processed within 3 - 10 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
Important Notes
- Customer provides return shipping.
- No restocking fee applies.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
- No final sale items — all eligible items can be returned within 14 days.
